By downloading, installing, or using R8Y Ultimate Optimizer ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Minato 7117 grants you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for personal use.

• Permitted Use: Personal PC optimization and gaming enhancement
• Prohibited Use: Commercial redistribution, reverse engineering, or malicious modifications

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Creating system backups before using optimization features
• Understanding the risks of system modifications
• Complying with local laws and regulations
• Using the Software at your own risk

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Error-free operation

5. Limitation of Liability

Minato 7117 shall NOT be liable for:

• System damage, data loss, or hardware failure
• Performance issues or game bans
• Third-party software conflicts
• Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

6. System Modifications

The Software modifies system settings, including:

• Windows Registry
• System Services
• Network Configuration
• File System

You acknowledge and accept these modifications. Always create a system restore point before using the Software.

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

• Use the Software for illegal purposes
• Distribute modified versions
• Claim ownership of the Software
• Use it in commercial environments without permission
• Bypass anti-cheat systems in multiplayer games (use at your own risk)

8. Updates and Modifications

Minato 7117 reserves the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Software at any time
• Update these Terms without prior notice
• Add or remove features

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

9. Third-Party Software

The Software may interact with third-party applications (emulators, games, system tools). We are NOT responsible for:

• Third-party software behavior
• Compatibility issues
• Terms of service violations of other applications

10. Gaming & Anti-Cheat

Important: Some optimization features may conflict with anti-cheat systems in multiplayer games. Use gaming-related features at your own risk. Minato 7117 is NOT responsible for any game bans or violations.

11. Support & Community

Support is provided on a best-effort basis through:

• Discord community
• GitHub issues

We do NOT guarantee timely responses or issue resolution.

12. Termination

Your license automatically terminates if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must:

• Cease using the Software immediately
• Delete all copies from your devices

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws. Disputes will be resolved through informal negotiation first.
